摘　　要：以三栋具有代表性的幼儿园、小学、中学隔震建筑为背景,对已建成的厦门市学校隔震工程进行隔震技术应用的调研和技术分析。首先从政府职能部门的服务和管理角度,以及从建设相关单位管理和技术角度这两个方面指出隔震技术推广应用过程中存在问题并给出相应的建议。分析表明:政府职能部门需要完善与隔震技术应用相关的政策,大力推广隔震技术的应用;建设相关单位应加强隔震技术的学习,提升隔震工程设计、施工、监理监督等方面的管理和技术水平。Based on three representative isolated buildings in kindergartens,primary schools and middle schools,this paper investigates and analyzes the application of isolation technology in isolated school buildings in Xiamen. Firstly,from the perspective of service and management of government functional departments,and from the perspective of management and technology of construction-related units,it is pointed out that there are problems in the application of isolation technology and corresponding suggestions are given. The analysis shows that government departments need to improve policies related to the application of isolation technology and vigorously promote the application of isolation technology. Construction-related units should strengthen the learning of isolation technology,and improve the management and technical level of design,construction,supervision in isolation engineering.
