摘 要:随着风场规模地日益扩大,风力发电设备并网后在整个电网中的比例不断增大,针对设备中常见的电网电压跌落故障,本文在研究风力发电功率变换器的低电压穿越技术的基础上,提出了一种双馈风力发电机系统。系统主要包括低电压穿越电路、阻值可调的撬棒电路、吸收回路等,配合相应调控方法,根据转子侧过剩能量的大小,选择性触发撬棒回路,并实时调整撬棒电路中的耗能电阻阻值,减少由于频繁切换带大阻值的撬棒电路而造成的发电机组暂态、不稳定过程时间,避免损坏机侧高压变频器和转子绕组,尽最大可能为电网提供无功支撑。With the increasing scale of wind farms,the proportion of wind power generation equipment in the whole power grid is increasing.Aiming at the common grid voltage sags in the equipment,this paper proposes a doubly fed wind power generator system based on the study of low voltage ride through technology of wind power converter.The system mainly includes low-voltage through circuit,crowbar circuit with adjustable resistance,absorption circuit,etc.according to the amount of excess energy on the rotor side,the crowbar circuit is selectively started,and the energy dissipation resistance value in the crowbar circuit is adjusted in real time to reduce the transient and unstable process time of the generator set caused by frequent switching of crowbar circuit with large resistance To avoid damaging the high voltage inverter and rotor winding at the generator side and provide reactive power support for the power grid as much as possible.
