摘　　要：众所周知,电力电子产品的可靠性与器件温度有很大关系,本文通过对电力电子设备常见的各种散热方式的论述,提出了为提高设备可靠性,需重视散热方案的选取与实施。As we all know,the reliability of power electronic products has a great relationship with the temperature of the device.Through the discussion of various heat dissipation methods common in power electronic equipment,this article suggests that in order to improve the reliability of equipment,we must pay attention to the selection and implementation of heat dissipation solutions.
