摘　　要：职业健康检查作为职业健康监护工作的重要内容和主要的资料来源,是早期发现和防治职业病的一项重要手段。《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》历经修订,职业健康检查日益受到企业重视和社会关注,进行职业健康检查的企业和员工数量也明显增多,这就对职业健康检查机构提出了更高的要求。现场职业健康检查工作没有固定场所,且时间紧,任务重,组织及质量控制实施较难。而质量控制工作贯穿于该工作的全过程,只有每个环节都受控,才能理想的完成,以达到服务企业、保护劳动者的目标。我院年均职业健康检查6万余人,且数量呈上升趋势。文章旨在探讨现场职业健康检查质控内容及事项,为国内职业健康检查机构开展现场工作提供参考。As an important content and main source of information for occupational health surveillance,occupational medical examination is an important means to evaluate the protective effect of occupational hazards and early detection and early prevention of occupational diseases.With the revised edition of"People’s Republic of China Occupational Disease Prevention Law",occupational healthy examinations were being focused on by corporate and social concerns,business and the number of employees occupational health examination was also significantly increased as while,which put forward higher requirements on the work.The organization and quality control work is difficult to implement,as the on-site service does not have a fixed place,the time is tight,the task is heavy,and as the speciality of occupational health check.Quality control goes throughout the whole process of occupational health examination,all the links of physical examination should be controlled in order to complete the ideal job,to serve enterprises well,and to protect the workers at the same time.More than 60000 workers enjoy the physical examination in our hospital in recent years,with the volume upward trend.The paper aims to explore the quality control content and matters of on-site work,and provide reference for the domestic occupational health inspection institutions to carry out on-site work.
