摘  要:目的探索品管圈管理在防范医患纠纷发生中的作用。方法以2014年1月1日-12月31日期间某院医患纠纷状况为基础,以调查的方式分析应用品管圈后,统计不同年度医患纠纷发生率。结果 2014年全年度共发生医患纠纷30起;2015年度、2016年度和2017年度分别发生医患纠纷28起、23起、21起;在全院临床科室住院人次增加、门(急)诊诊疗人次也增加的前提下,医患纠纷发生比例从0.0522%、0.0006%分别下降至0.0288%和0.0005%;按照进步率计算公式进行测算此次品管圈开展的增长率达到-0.023 4%、-0.000 1%。结论实施品管圈管理可降低医患纠纷发生比率。Objective To explore the role of quality control circle management in preventing doctor-patient disputes. Methods Based on the doctor-patient disputes in a hospital from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014, the incidence of doctor-patient disputes in different years was calculated after analyzing the supply chain by means of investigation. Results In 2014, there were 30 doctor-patient disputes. There were 28 doctor-patient disputes in 2015, 23 in 2016 and 21 in 2017. Under the premise that the number of inpatients in the clinical departments of the hospital increased and the number of patients receiving(urgent) diagnosis and treatment also increased, the proportion of doctor-patient disputes decreased from 0.052 2% and 0.000 6% to 0.028 8% and 0.000 5%, respectively. According to the progress rate calculation formula, the growth rate of the quality control circle development reached -0.023 4% and -0.000 1%. Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle management can reduce the incidence of doctor-patient disputes.
