摘  要:目的针对消毒供应中心改造过程存在的问题,探讨用"一动力三循环"管理模式的"三创"方法在改建过程的应用及效果观察。方法本院消毒供应中心于2019年4月应用"一动力三循环"管理模式的"三创"方法:"创新工作方法"、"创新监管手段"、"创新保障措施"进行改造过程管理,观察比较改建前的2018年6月-9月与改建中2019年同期的消毒供应中心的工作量、消毒包不合格率进行比较。原计划工期与改建工期进行对比。结果通过应用"一动力三循环"管理模式的"三创"方法,有效解决消毒供应中心(central sterile supply department,CSSD)改建过程中存在的突出问题,使原计划6个月的工期缩短为4个月,且改建后CSSD符合WS310-2016发布的管理规范要求。消毒供应中心(central sterile supply department,CSSD)改建过程中,所有工作正常运行,超额完成供应保障量。通过对改建前的2018年6月-9月与改建中的2019年同期的工作量、消毒包不合格率进行比较,工作量明显提高。消毒包不合格率明显降低,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用"一动力三循环"管理模式的"三创"方法在消毒供应中心改建过程管理,最大限度地缩短改建时间,有效降低改建对正常消毒供应的影响;不仅确保消毒供应中心改建既符合规范要求,又能够为临床科室保质保量供应物品消毒服务。Objective In view of the problems existing in the reconstruction process of disinfection supply center,this paper discusses the application and effect observation of the"three innovations"method of"one power,three circulation"management mode in the reconstruction process.Methods In April 2019,the disinfection and supply center of our hospital applied the"three innovations"method of"one power and three circulation"management mode:"innovative working method","innovative supervision means"and"innovative guarantee measures"to carry out the transformation process management,and observed and compared the workload and unqualified rate of disinfection package of the disinfection and supply center from June to September 2018 before the reconstruction with that in the same period of 2019 during the reconstruction.The original planned construction period is compared with the reconstruction period.Results By applying the"three innovations"method of"one power and three circulation"management mode,the outstanding problems in the reconstruction of CSSD were effectively solved,and the original planned 6-month construction period was shortened to 4 months,and the reconstructed CSSD met the requirements of the management specifications issued by WS310-2016.In the process of CSSD reconstruction,all works were in normal operation and the supply guarantee quantity was over fulfilled.Compared with the workload and unqualified rate of disinfection package in the same period of 2019,the workload of June to September 2018 before reconstruction was significantly increased.The unqualified rate of disinfection package was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"three innovations"method of"one power and three circulation"management mode is applied in the reconstruction process of disinfection supply center,which can shorten the reconstruction time to the maximum extent and effectively reduce the impact of reconstruction on the normal disinfection supply;it can not only ensure that the rec
