摘 要:目的研究人性化护理管理在临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法自2017年以来本院在临床护理工作中开展人性化护理管理,记录并比较管理前(2016年1月-12月)、后(2017年1月-12月)护理纠纷、风险事件的发生情况以及护理质量评价。结果在人性化护理管理实施后,风险事件、差错及护理纠纷发生率均较之于实施前有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将人性化护理管理应用于临床护理工作,能减少护理风险事件、差错和护患纠纷的发生,保证护理质量。Objective Study the application effect of humanized nursing management in clinical nursing work. Methods Since 2017, the hospital has been carried out humanized nursing management in clinical nursing work, recorded and compared nursing disputes, the occurrence of the risk event and the evaluation of the quality of care before management(from January to December 2016) and after(from January to December 2017). Results After the implementation of humanized nursing management, the incidence of risk events, errors and nursing disputes were significantly lower than before the implementation, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying humanized nursing management to clinical nursing work can reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events, errors and nurse-patient disputes, and ensure the quality of care.
