摘　　要：本文通过对1992-2018年以来学者们在国内健康档案研究方面的成果进行统计,从健康档案的研究趋势、核心作者和机构群、核心期刊群、学科分布、关键词分布等方面进行了分析,判断现有研究的重点可能涉及健康档案的建立与影响因素研究、健康档案的数字化研究、健康档案的价值研究、健康档案与基本公共卫生服务的关系研究、基于健康档案的全科医疗服务研究以及健康档案系统研究。本文认为,未来健康档案的发展应以满足用户多样化、个性化的需求为出发点。Through statistics on the achievements of scholars in domestic health archives research since 1992-2018,we conclude that the focus of current health archives research may involve the establishment and influencing factors of health archives,the digitization of health archives,the value study of health archives,the relationship between health archives and basic public health services,the research of general medical service based on health archives and the research of health archives system,etc.judging from the research trends,core authors and institutions,core journals,subject distribution and keyword distribution of health archives.The future development of health archives should be based on meeting the diversified and personalized needs of users.
