中国第三产业产业结构与就业结构的协调性及其滞后期研究

摘　　要：第三产业的产业结构和就业结构的协调发展会对一个国家或地区的经济发展和工业化进程产生极为重要的影响。为了更全面地分析中国第三产业的产业结构和就业结构的协调性,文章对《中国统计年鉴》现有的相关指标进行重新整合。在此基础上,与相同人口红利阶段和相同收入水平的国家或地区进行了比较分析。结果表明,中国第三产业的产业结构和就业结构升级滞后于经济增长水平,结构偏离度也呈现出滞后于其经济增长水平的趋势,就业结构随着产业结构调整变动的速度十分缓慢。由此,计算了中国就业结构滞后产业结构的时间,并探讨其产生的原因,进而提出相应的对策。The coordinated development of the industrial structure and employment structure of the third industry will have a very important impact on the economic development and industrialization process of a country or region.In order to analyze comprehensively the industrial structure and employment structure of China’s third industry,the paper reintegrates the existing statistical indicators of China Statistical Yearbook.On this basis,this paper has carried on the international comparison.The result shows that the adjustment of the employment structure of the third industry lags behind adjustment of the industrial structure.Therefore,this paper analyzes the deviation of the industrial structure and employment structure and the lag time of China’s third industry,and discusses the causes and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
