摘　　要：大学是一个新的起点,教学模式的改变、人际交往的介入、父母亲人在地理位置上的距离感,让经过紧张的高中学习生活的同学们,有着些许的不适应。近年来,随着学生管理工作的更加细致化,高校对于大一新生适应问题尤为重视。因此,如何帮助新生更快地适应大学生活,打消新生初入大学时的迷茫,引导其在较短时间内规划好自己的大学生活,对后期的学生管理工作可以起到事半功倍的效果。University is a new starting point.The change of teaching mode,the interpersonal communication,and the sense of distance between parents and relatives make students who have gone through high school a little bit uncomfortable.In recent years,with the more detailed management of students,a lot of attention has been paid to a series of problems caused by freshmen's adaptation.Therefore,how to help freshmen to adapt to university life more quickly,eliminate the confusion when freshmen first enter college,and guide them to plan their college life in a short period of time,which can have a multiplier effect on later student management work.
