摘　　要：在地方财经高校转型发展的背景下,为将税收学专业建设成特色鲜明、示范效果明显的应用型卓越税收人才培养基地,务必实现办学理念与人才培养目标的对接、人才培养规格与产业发展需求的对接、教育教学组织与人才培养规格的对接、教学资源条件与联合育人机制建设的对接。In the context of transformation and development of local financial and economic universities,if we want to build the major in taxation into an application-oriented excellent tax talents training base with distinct characteristics and obvious demonstration effect,we should make educational philosophy bound?up?with talent training objectives,talent training specifications bound?up?with industrial development demand,educational and teaching organization bound up with talent training specifications and teaching resource conditions bound up with joint education mechanism construction.
