摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情期间,公共图书馆暂停读者到馆和线下活动,突显了网络服务的重要性。与SARS时期相比,图书馆在此次疫情期间的表现有了很大的提升,但预案不足,服务能力有限,图书馆需要在四个方面进行提升。During the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia,public libraries suspended readers and offline activities,highlighting the importance of online services.Compared with the SARS period,the library's performance during this epidemic period has greatly improved,but the plan is insufficient and the service capacity is limited.In order to improve the ability of network services,libraries should do a good job in four areas:establish a preplan,rationally allocate collection resources,innovate service models,and eliminate technical obstacles.
