摘　　要：目的研究知信行模式在加强ICU护理人员对ICU后综合征(PICS)认识及管理中的作用。方法随机抽取我院2018年1~6月34例转出ICU患者为对照组(实施知信行模式前)及2018年7~12月收治的34例转出ICU患者为观察组(实施知信行模式后),对照组应用常规护理方案,观察组在常规护理基础上应用知信行模式,对比分析两组患者的PICS发生率、住院时长以及护理满意度。结果观察组护理后对PICS知识、认知态度和临床实践操作能力高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的PICS发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在加强ICU护理人员对PICS认识及管理中应用知信行模式效果尤为显著,能够有效提高护理人员服务水平,减少PICS的发生,进而缩短患者的住院时间,加快身体快速恢复,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。Objective To study the role of knowledge-attitude-belief-practice mode in strengthening the recognition and management of post-ICU syndrome(PICS)among ICU nurses.Methods 34 patients transferred from the ICU from January to June 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected as the control group(before the implementation of knowledge-attitude-belief-practice mode),and 34 patients transferred from the ICU from July to December 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected as the observation group(after the implementation of knowledge-attitude-belief-practice mode).The control group applied routine nursing program,while the observation group applied knowledge-attitude-belief-practice mode on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of PICS,length of stay,and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group was higher than the control group in PICS knowledge,cognitive attitude,and operation ability of clinical practice(P<0.05);the incidence of PICS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the length of stay in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the knowledge-attitude-belief-practice mode is particularly significant in strengthening the understanding and management of PICS among ICU nurses,which can effectively improve the service level of nurses,reduce the occurrence of PICS,thereby shortening the duration of hospitalization of patients and accelerating the rapid body recovery,which has a high application value in clinical practice.
