摘　　要：目的分析膝关节镜手术患者围术期的护理方法。方法将2018年5月~2019年5月于我院行膝关节镜手术的96例患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(围术期开展常规护理)与观察组(围术期开展综合护理)各48例,统计并比较两组护理前后的疼痛评分、护理满意度、伤口感染及延迟愈合发生情况与住院时间。结果护理前,观察组、对照组疼痛评分分别为(3.86±1.15)分、(3.85±1.20)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组、对照组疼痛评分分别为(1.98±1.06)分、(2.86±1.03)分,观察组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.92%,较对照组的89.58%更高,伤口感染及延迟愈合发生率为2.08%,较对照组的10.42%更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间为(5.25±0.68)d,较对照组的(10.22±0.71)d更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行关节镜手术的患者围术期开展综合护理能缓解其疼痛程度,减少伤口感染及延迟愈合出现,缩短其住院时间,促进其健康恢复,提高其满意度,值得采用。Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing methods for patients undergoing knee arthroscopy.Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent knee arthroscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were divided into the control group(conventional care during perioperative period)and the observation group(comprehensive nursing during perioperative period)according to the random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.The pain score,nursing satisfaction,wound infection,delayed healing,and hospital stay were documented and compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,the pain scores of the observation group and the control group were(3.86±1.15)points and(3.85±1.20)points,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the pain scores of the observation group and the control group were(1.98±1.06)points and(2.86±1.03)points respectively,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than 89.58%of the control group.The incidence rate of wound infection and delayed healing of the observation group was 2.08%,which was lower than 10.42%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the observation group was(5.25±0.68)days,which was shorter than(10.22±0.71)days in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery can alleviate their pain,reduce wound infection and delay the emergence of wounds,shorten their hospital stay,promote their health recovery,and increase their satisfaction,which is worth adopting.
