纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗小儿顽固性肺部感染的护理方法分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿顽固性肺部感染行纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗技术治疗时护理价值。方法选取小儿顽固性肺部感染80例,均为我院儿科2017年1月~2019年1月收治,进行纤维支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,并随机分组,观察组40例小儿顽固性肺部感染患儿采用综合护理的护理模式,对照组40例患儿采用常规护理的护理模式。结果相较对照组,观察组患儿的总依从率居更高水平,生命体征指标更为稳定,生活质量评分更高,并发症及复发率均居更低水平,患儿及家属对护理模式的满意度居更高水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿顽固性肺部感染行纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗时,重视展开护理,可增强患儿的总依从率,改善了患儿的症状缓解情况,防范复发事件,同时也提升了患儿及家属对护理的满意度。Objective To explore the nursing value of fiberoptic bronchoscope alveolar lavage in children with intractable pulmonary infection.Methods 80 cases of children with intractable pulmonary infection who were treated with fiberoptic bronchoscope alveolar lavage in the department of pediatrics in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received comprehensive nursing mode,and the control group received routine nursing mode.Results The overall compliance rate,quality of life score,and patient and family satisfaction with nursing of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The vital signs of the observation group were smoother than those of the control group.The complications and recurrence rates of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.And the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with intractable pulmonary infections undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscope alveolar lavage treatment,the emphasis on nursing can enhance the overall compliance rate of children,relief the patient's symptom,prevent recurrence events,and also improve patient and family satisfaction with nursing.
