肿瘤放疗科中人性化护理的重要意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤放疗科中人性化护理的重要意义。方法选取2017年11月~2019年1月我院收治的102例接受肿瘤放疗治疗的患者,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=48)与试验组(n=54),对照组施以常规护理,试验组在常规基础上施以人性化护理,观察两组患者的临床护理满意度情况、并发症发生情况及护理前与护理后1个月的汉米顿焦虑(HAMA)评分与汉米顿抑郁(HDMA)评分变化情况。结果护理前,两组患者的HAMA评分与HDMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后1个月,试验组的HAMA评分与HDMA评分显著降低,并且试验组具有较高的护理满意度与较低的并发症发生率,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤放疗科中人性化护理具有重要的临床意义,不仅能够缓解患者的不良心理,同时能够提升患者的护理满意度,并降低并发症发生率,具有积极的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the significance of humanized nursing in the department of tumor radiotherapy.Methods 102 patients who received radiotherapy for tumor in our hospital from November 2017 to January 2019 were divided into control group(n=48)and study group(n=54)using random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical nursing satisfaction,complications,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HDMA)before nursing and one month after nursing of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in HAMA score and HDMA score before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05);One month after nursing,as compared with the control group,HAMA score and HDMA score of the study group were significantly reduced,and the study group had higher nursing satisfaction and lower complication rate,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing is of great clinical significance in tumor radiotherapy department.It can not only relieve the patients'negative psychology,but also improve the patients'nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.
