改良开塞露灌肠配合中药热奄包按摩腹部治疗卧床患者便秘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药热奄包按摩腹部与改良开塞露灌肠联合治疗卧床便秘患者的临床效果。方法选取100例于内科、中医综合科住院部长期卧床的便秘患者作为本研究对象,均为2018年10月~2019年10月入院,采用随机数字表法分组,每组50例。对照组给予常规通便治疗,观察组实施中药热奄包按摩腹部与改良开塞露灌肠联合治疗,比较治疗后便秘改善效果以及症状改善情况。结果治疗后,两组总有效率差异显著,且为观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);舒适度以及排便时间比较差异显著,且为观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组各症状评分差异显著,且为观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包按摩腹部与改良开塞露灌肠联合治疗卧床便秘患者效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine hot pack for abdominal massage combined with modified glycerine enema in the treatment of bedridden patients with constipation.Methods 100 bedridden patients with constipation at the Department of Internal Medicine,and Inpatient Department of Comprehensive Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the observation objects,all of whom were admitted from October 2018 to October 2019,and divided into groups by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional laxative therapy,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot pack for abdominal massage combined with modified glycerine enema.The improvement of constipation and symptoms after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,there was a significant difference in the overall response rate between the two groups,which was higher in the observation group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);there were significant differences in comfort and defecation time,which were higher in the observation group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in each symptom score between the two groups,which was lower in the observation group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hot pack for abdominal massage combined with modified glycerine enema has a significant effect in the treatment of bedridden patients with constipation.
