联用吞咽功能训练疗法与舌针疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者应用舌针疗法联合吞咽功能训练疗法的临床效果进行分析研究。方法选择2018年7月~2019年7月在我院接受治疗的脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者60例,随机将所有患者分为探究组和对照组。对照组30例,采取吞咽功能训练疗法,而探究组30例则采取舌针联合吞咽功能训练疗法进行治疗,观察比较两组患者疗效、洼田饮水评分以及生活质量评分。结果两组患者洼田饮水评分比较,对照组患者评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者生活质量评分比较,探究组评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者疗效比较,联合治疗探究组患者疗效更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者,实施舌针疗法联合吞咽功能训练治疗方式,其治疗效果得到大幅度提升,并提高患者生活质量,实现对患者吞咽功能的有效恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of swallowing function training therapy combined with tongue acupuncture therapy in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods 60 patients with dysphagia after stroke who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were included,and all patients were divided into exploration group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the random method.The control group was treated with swallowing function training therapy,while the exploration group was treated with swallowing function training therapy combined with tongue acupuncture therapy.The efficacy,Watian drinking water test score and the quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results When the two groups were compared,the Watian drinking water test score of the control group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the exploration group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The efficacy of the exploration group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of tongue acupuncture therapy combined with swallowing function training therapy for patients with dysphagia after stroke has been greatly increased,the quality of life of patients has been improved,and effective recovery of swallowing functions has been achieved.
