大学内部学科交叉合作的社会网络分析——以清华大学为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]在全球学科交叉融合的大环境下,作为学科门类齐全的综合性大学,内部院系间也有着密切的科研合作。对清华大学内部各院系之间的学科交叉合作网络进行深入剖析,从论文的角度揭示院系间的合作模式和特征,以期为高校的组织机构设置和学科规划提供值得借鉴的思路和发展模式。[方法/过程]基于社会网络分析方法,首先梳理了清华大学各院系间的科研论文交叉合作概况,进而绘制院系间的学科交叉合作社会网络,最后对院系合作论文的学科属性以及特征指标进行分析。[结果/结论]研究发现,清华大学12.02%的论文为院系间学科交叉合作论文,且院系合作呈逐年增长趋势;学科相近的院系间更易发生交叉合作,形成大的院系合作聚类;院系间的学科交叉合作有助于新学科或新院系快速成长。[Purpose/Significance]Under the background of global interdisciplinary cooperation,the scientific research cooperation between departments was very close in a comprehensive university with complete disciplines.This paper studies the scientific research cooperation between departments in Tsinghua University in order to provide reference for organizational structure and discipline planning of the Chinese universities.[Method/Process]By using the method of social network analysis,this paper firstly focuses on the cooperation between departments in Tsinghua University.Then graphics of the interdisciplinary cooperation network between departments are shown.Finally,subject attributes and characteristics indexes of these cooperation papers are analyzed.[Results/Conclusions]The study finds that there are 12.02%cooperation papers between departments in Tsinghua University and the proportion of these papers shows an upward trend.The departments with similar disciplines are more likely to have cooperative relations,forming a large cluster of departments'cooperation.Interdisciplinary cooperation between departments helps new disciplines or departments grow rapidly.
