摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着大数据技术的发展,公共图书馆为科研人员提供信息服务,特别是个性化的信息服务,已经成为最主要的发展趋势。在公共图书馆开发个性化外文信息服务产品,建设信息服务内容,提高了公共图书馆信息服务的整体能力。[方法/过程]以桂林医学院为例,在公共图书馆开发个性化SCI信息服务产品,建立信息服务的内容,从而更好地为科研人员服务。[结果/结论]本研究为新形势下探索新型的外文信息服务提供了理论和实践依据,这对未来数字图书馆的信息服务和建设是一个良好的机遇,也是一个巨大的挑战。[Purpose/Significance]With the development of big data technologies, it has been a recent trend for a public library to provide information services, especially individualized information service to researchers. By developing personalized personal foreign language information services, and constructing information service contents, public libraries have increased their ability of information services. [Method/Process]Taking Guilin Medical University as an example, we show how a public library develops individulized SCI information service products in public library, so as to provide better information individual services to researchers. [Results/Conclusions]This study provides theoretical basis for exploring new foreign language information services in new circumstances. and practical basis. It provides a good opportunity for future information service and content construction in digital libraries, and a big challenge at the same time.
