经皮肾镜下气压弹道碎石术对泌尿系结石患者血清NGAL、GSH-Px水平及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮肾镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的效果及对患者血清NGAL、GSH-Px水平变化及并发症的影响。方法选择2016年6月~2019年6月在我院就诊的泌尿系结石患者88例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用经皮肾镜钬激光取石术治疗,观察组采用经皮肾镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗,比较两组手术前后NGAL、GSH-Px水平及并发症发生情况。结果两组NGAL水平均较术前升高,且观察组低于对照组[(6.50±0.65)μg/L vs (7.95±0.82)μg/L],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组GSH-Px水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的22.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮肾镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗泌尿系结石效果良好,对患者血清NGAL、GSH-Px水平影响较小,且安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi and the changes of serum NGAL and GSH-Px levels and complications in patients.Methods A total of 88 patients with urinary calculi treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table method, 44 cases in each. The control group was treated with percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy, and the observation group was treated with percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy. The levels of NGAL and GSH-Px before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The NGAL level of the two groups was higher than that before the operation, and the observation group was lower than the control group [(6.50±0.65) μg/L vs(7.95±0.82) μg/L], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in GSH-Px levels between the groups(P>0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.55%, which was lower than 22.73% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy has a good effect on the treatment of urinary calculi, has little effect on the serum NGAL and GSH-Px levels, and is safe and effective.
