摘 要:目的探讨电蜡疗、关节松动术联合超声波治疗原发性冻结肩的临床效果,为临床治疗原发性冻结肩提供参考依据。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月我院收治的原发性冻结肩患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组35例,对照组给予电蜡疗+关节松动术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合超声波治疗,比较两组治疗前后肩关节功能改善情况及治疗有效率。结果观察组治疗后疼痛缓解程度、肩关节关节活动度(ROM)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分及肌力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率(94.29%)高于对照组(82.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声波联合电蜡疗、关节松动术治疗原发性冻结肩有助于改善肩关节功能,临床疗效优于电蜡疗联合关节松动术治疗。Objective To explore the clinical effect of electro-wax therapy, joint mobilization combined with ultrasound in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder, and to provide a reference for clinical treatment of primary frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 70 patients with primary frozen shoulder admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method. Each group had 35 patients. The control group was given electric wax therapy +joint in the treatment of loosening, the observation group combined with ultrasound treatment on the basis of the control group, compared the improvement of shoulder joint function and the treatment efficiency before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The pain relief, shoulder joint mobility(ROM), daily living activity(ADL)score and muscle strength score of the observation group after treatment were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the observation group was treated the effective rate(94.29%) was higher than that of the control group(82.86%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound combined with electro-wax therapy and joint mobilization for the treatment of primary frozen shoulder can help improve the function of shoulder joint, and its clinical effect is better than electro-wax therapy combined with joint mobilization.
