摘　　要：目的了解陕西省某高校新生艾滋病知晓状况和健康教育效果,为提高大学生艾滋病健康教育的针对性和有效性提供思路和依据。方法采取随机抽样方法,选取2019年秋季入学大一新生2000名,分别于新生入学时及学期末进行艾滋病健康问卷调查,比较健康教育前后艾滋病基本知识和拓展知识知晓率,并分析大学生自主选择艾滋病健康教育途径的情况。结果教育后大一新生对艾滋病基本知识和拓展知识各项目知晓率均高于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生自主选择接受艾滋病健康教育的途径主要有艾滋病课外学分课、校园艾滋病宣传活动、艾滋病题材微电影制作和观看以及网络、论坛、微信等艾滋病知识的推送。结论健康教育可提高高校新生艾滋病知晓率。因此,今后针对宣教人员需进行规范化培训,在目前宣教途径基础上发展同伴教育,大力促进高校艾滋病预防控制。Objective To understand the status of AIDS awareness and health education of freshmen in a college in Shaanxi Province, and to provide ideas and basis for improving the relevance and effectiveness of AIDS health education for college students.Methods Using the adopt random sampling method, select 2000 freshmen entering the fall of 2019, AIDS health questionnaire survey was conducted at the time of admission and at the end of the semester, compare the basic knowledge of AIDS and expand knowledge awareness before and after health education, and analyze the situation of college students’ independent choice of AIDS health education.Results After education, the freshmen’s awareness rate of basic knowledge and expanded knowledge of each item was higher than before education,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).The main ways for students to choose to receive AIDS health education include AIDS extracurricular credit courses, campus AIDS publicity activities, AIDS theme micro-film production and viewing, and the promotion of AIDS knowledge such as the Internet, forums, and WeChat.Conclusion Health education can increase the awareness rate of AIDS among college freshmen. Therefore, in the future, it is necessary to conduct standardized training for mission personnel,develop peer education on the basis of the current mission approach, and vigorously promote AIDS prevention and control in colleges and universities.
