标准化电话随访模式在癌痛患者延伸护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一种标准化电话随访模式在癌痛患者延伸护理中的应用。方法根据相关文献及现况调查,制定标准化电话随访内容及流程,选取2018年2月~2019年2月在我科住院的癌痛患者160例,随机分为对照组和实验组,各80例。对照组采用常规方式进行出院随访,实验组采用标准化电话随访模式进行出院随访,比较两组患者疼痛控制满意度、疼痛知识掌握程度、服药依从性和对护理的满意度。结果实验组患者的疼痛控制满意度、疼痛知识掌握程度、服药依从性和对护理的满意度分别为72.50%、87.50%、75.00%、87.50%,高于对照组的37.50%、72.50%、43.75%、68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化电话随访模式能提高癌痛患者出院后疼痛控制满意度、服药依从性、疼痛知识掌握程度和对护理的满意度。Objective To explore the application of a standardized telephone follow-up model in extended care for patients with cancer pain.Methods Based on the relevant literature and current situation survey, standardized telephone follow-up content and procedures were developed, 160 patients with cancer pain who were admitted to our department from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 80 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were followed up in the usual way. Patients in the experimental group were followed up using a standardized telephone follow-up model. The two groups of patients were compared for pain control satisfaction, pain knowledge mastery,medication compliance, and nursing satisfaction.Results Patients in the experimental group had 72.50%, 87.50%, 75.00%, and 87.50% of pain control satisfaction, pain knowledge mastery, medication compliance, and nursing satisfaction, which were higher than the control group’s 37.50%, 72.50%,43.75%, 68.75%, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The standardized telephone follow-up mode can improve the satisfaction of pain control, medication compliance, pain knowledge and nursing satisfaction of patients with cancer pain after discharge.
