摘  要:针对海底电缆运维技术,尤其是在线故障位置检测手段不足,如现有GPS对时在线测距装置电路复杂、成本高、可靠性差、定位精度低的问题,文中提出了一种基于光纤脉冲传输的海缆故障测距系统及方法。该系统利用海缆中的光纤传输脉冲信号,通过优化设计可编程计数单元延时方波脉冲和测距算法,消除测试盲区,实现海缆全长范围的在线故障位置检测功能。试验结果表明:该系统硬件简单、可靠性高、安装方便、定位精度高。Aiming at the shortage of submarine cable operation and maintenance technology,especially the online fault location methods,such as the problem of complex circuit,high cost,poor reliability and low location accuracy in GPS time synchronization online location system,this paper proposes a submarine cable fault location system and method based on optical fiber pulse transmission. The system adopts the optical fiber in the submarine cable to transmit the pulse signal. By optimizing and designing the programmable counting unit to delay the square wave pulse and the location algorithm,the test blind zone is eliminated,and the online fault location detection function of the submarine cable is realized. The test results show that the system has the advantages of simple hardware,high reliability,convenient installation and high location accuracy.
