摘 要:以钠钙硅渣为原料,采用动态水热法脱碱制备雪硅钙石,考察了初始pH值、投加量、不同吸附材料对脱碱产物雪硅钙石吸附除磷效果的影响。结果表明:脱碱产物雪硅钙石表面呈片状疏松多孔结构,比表面积为114.36 m^2/g。对于磷酸盐质量浓度为30 mg/L左右(以P计)的模拟含磷废水,雪硅钙石投加量为4 g/L时,去磷率达到99.32%。通过吸附等温曲线试验确定吸附模型属于Langmuir模型,脱碱产物雪硅钙石对磷的最大吸附量约为35.37 mg/g。试验采用两种动力学方程拟合分析,得到准二级动力学方程能更好地描述脱碱产物雪硅钙石对磷的吸附过程。The sodium calcium and silicon slag is used as a raw material,and the de-alkali product-tobermorite is prepared by dynamic hydrothermal decomposition and dealkalization.The effect of initial solution pH,dosage,and different adsorbents on the dephosphorization effect of de-alkali product-tobermorite was investigated.The results showed that the adsorbent dealkali product-tobermorite had a flaky,porous structure with a specific surface area of 114.36 m^2/g.For the simulated phosphorus-containing wastewater with a phosphate concentration of about 30 mg/L(counted by phosphorus),the dosage of the dealkali product-tobermorite was 4 g/L,and the removal rate reached 99.32%.The adsorption isotherm curve test confirmed that the adsorption model belonged to the Langmuir model,and the maximum adsorption capacity of the de-alkali product-tobermorite on phosphorus was about 35.37 mg/g.Two kinds of kinetic equations were used to fit and analyze,and the pesudo second-order kinetic equation was obtained to better describe the adsorption process of phosphorus by de-alkali product-tobermorite.
