摘 要:采用凹凸棒石作为改性剂制备高触变性尾矿砂充填材料,研究不同凹凸棒石掺量对充填材料流变性能、抗压强度与孔隙特征的影响。结果表明:随凹凸棒石掺量增加,浆料静态屈服应力增长速率增大,触变性增大,动态屈服应力与稠度系数也随之增加,流动性降低;3 d龄期时,充填材料抗压强度与凹凸棒石掺量间存在正相关关系;7 d与28 d龄期时,掺入1.5%凹凸棒石增大了抗压强度,随掺量增大抗压强度降低;随凹凸棒石掺量增加,平均孔径先降低后增大,孔均匀性逐渐降低。综合考虑充填材料可施工性与硬化后性能,凹凸棒石适宜掺量为水泥质量1.5%。In this paper,high-thixotropic cemented tailings backfill was prepared by using attapulgite as modifier,and the effect of attapulgite on backfill materials was characterized by rheological properties,compressive strength and pore characteristics.The results show that:with the increase of attapulgite,the growth rate and peak value of static yield stress increase,and the dynamic yield stress and consistency coefficient also increase.At 3 d age,there is a positive correlation between the compressive strength of the filling material and the attapulgite content;At the 7 d and 28 d ages,the incorporation of 1.5%attapulgite increases the compressive strength,but the compressive strength decreases with the increase of the attapulgite content;with the increase of attapulgite content,the average pore size increases first and then decreases,the pore uniformity decreases gradually.considering the rheological properties and compressive strength of the backfill material,the suitable amount of attapulgite is 1.5%of the cement mass.
