摘  要:以高岭土为硅源和铝源,磷酸为磷源,三乙胺为模板剂,采用水热法合成SAPO-5分子筛。研究了铝磷比、晶化温度和晶化时间等因素对分子筛产品合成的影响。利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、红外光谱分析(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对产物结构与组成进行了表征分析,确定了适宜的合成条件:n(Al)∶n(P)为1∶2,晶化温度为180℃,晶化时间为24 h。合成的产品为柱状晶体,形貌规则,结晶度高。SAPO-5 molecular sieves was synthesized by hydrothermal method using kaolin as silica source and aluminum sources,phosphoric acid as phosphorous source and triethylamine as template agent.The influence ofn(Al)/n(P),crystallization temperature and crystallization time on the synthesis of the product were investigated.The structure and composition of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The suitable synthesis conditions were determined as follows:the n(Al)∶n(P)was 1∶2,the crystallization temperature was 180℃,the crystallization time was 24 hours.The product was columnar crystal with regular morphology and high crystallinity.
