摘 要:为减少磷尾矿堆积带来的环境污染问题,实现磷尾矿中镁元素的回收利用,以磷尾矿为原料,硬脂酸钠为改性剂,采用直接沉淀法合成改性氢氧化镁(MH)。考察了镁离子浓度、反应温度、改性剂用量、反应时间对MH疏水性和粒径的影响;以环氧树脂(EP)为基材,考察了MH的阻燃性能。结果表明,当镁离子浓度为1.2 mol/L,反应温度为85℃,硬脂酸钠用量为8%(质量分数),反应时间为1.5 h时,活化指数达到0.96,平均粒径达到7.69μm;当MH添加量为20%(质量分数),EP阻燃复合材料的极限氧指数(LOI)达到31.8%。In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the accumulation of phosphate tailings,the recycling of magnesium in the phosphate tailings was realized.Modified magnesium hydroxide(MH)was synthesized via one-step with magnesium chloride hexahydrate as raw material and sodium stearate as modifier.The effects of the concentration of magnesium,reaction temperature,amount of modifier and reaction time on the hydrophobicity and particle size of MH were investigated.The flame retardancy of epoxy resin(EP)was studied with MH as flame retardant.The results showed that when the magnesium concentration was 1.2 mol/L,the reaction temperature was 85℃,the mass fraction of sodium stearate was 8%,and the reaction time was 1.5 h,the activation index reached 0.96,and the average particle size reached 7.69μm.When 20%MH was added,the limited oxygen index(LOI)of EP was 31.8%.
