“天-地-人”三才灸法治疗复杂证型感冒发热的探索与经验——关于新型冠状病毒肺炎早中期及康复期患者应用艾灸的思考与建议

摘　　要：“天-地-人”三才灸法是在中医整体观指导下以合理的灸量同时艾灸百会、神阙、涌泉三部穴位区域,并根据证型需要施以补泻的灸疗模式,该法对复杂证型包括外感或内伤(单一因素或者合邪)导致的发热均具有较好疗效。新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)早期寒湿疫毒自口鼻而入,侵袭肺脾胃肠,实施三才灸法可以温阳益气、健脾化湿,最终达到三才通利、邪秽消散、正气通达、正邪两安的治疗效果。本疗法简单易行,在保证合理灸量和正确补泻的前提下,扶正与祛邪并举,既能增强人体自组织能力以防病、抗病,又能提高人体系统开放条件以助疫疠湿毒排出体外,同时还能避免多种辨证体系不统一或者辨证不准造成误治的弊端。鉴于此,建议针对新冠肺炎早中期患者辅助使用“天-地-人”三才灸法以阻断轻中症向危重症转化的途径,对邪去正虚的康复期患者使用本法具有尽快提升免疫力、愈后防复作用。Moxibustion at Baihui(GV20),Shenque(CV8)and both Yongquan(KI1)is called“Heaven-Earth-Man”three parts moxibustion therapy.This is a moxibustion mode under the guidance of the wholism conception of TCM.When the therapy is applied,reasonable amount of moxa is ignited to stimulate the four acupoints on the three parts of the body,and the reinforcing and reducing method is selected according to the syndrome.Clinically,the method has been proved to be effective in treating fever caused by complex syndromes including exogenous or internal injuries(single factor or combination of pathogenic factors).In the early stage of COVID-19,the cold-dampness epidemic pathogen enters the body of the patients from their mouth and nose,attacking the lungs,spleen,stomach and intestine.The application of three parts moxibustion therapy could warm the yang and benefit the healthy qi,strengthen the spleen and resolve the dampness,which contributes to the curative efficacy of unblocking the three parts,eliminating pathogenic factors,keeping the healthy qi unobstructed and harmonizing the healthy and pathogenic qi.This therapy which is easy to operate can increase the organization ability of the body to prevent and resist the disease and enhance the open conditions of the body to drive the cold-dampness epidemic pathogen out,under the condition that the amount of moxa is reasonable and the reinforcing and reducing method is correct.It also can avoid the disadvantages caused by no unifies of variety of the syndrome differentiation systems or mistreatment resulted from misdiagnosis.In view of this,it is suggested that in the treatment of COVID-19 patients in early and middle stage,the“Heaven-Earth-Man”three parts moxibustion therapy can be used as a complementary method to block the transition from mild to severe disease.This method can also play a role of rehabilitation for patients in the convalescent period by improving immunity.
