摘　　要：雷根平教授认为过敏性紫癜初期感邪而发,气血搏结,内犯营血;或肝气不畅,脾气郁结,由气及血,而致血溢肌肤。该病迁延日久,气阴俱虚,脉道失固,可致紫癜加重或反复发作,难以治愈。因此,初起治疗应祛邪外出,若日久不愈则应根据证候不同选用益气健脾、调和营卫、补肾固精、祛瘀生新等法。健脾选薯蓣丸加减,调和营卫常用乌蛇荣皮汤,滋阴补肾多用芪地固肾方加减,当归、川芎、白芍等可祛瘀生新。列举验案三则以说明疗效。Professor LEI Genping believes the Henoch-Schonlein purpura in the early stage is caused by external pathogenic factors which can lead to the abnormal circulation of qi and blood and then attacks the nutrient and blood,or it is related to the depression of liver qi and spleen qi,and the qi disease can transform into blood disease,with the symptom of blood spilling into the skin.If the disease lasts for a long time,both qi and yin will be deficient,and the blood vessels will become fragile,which will cause the aggravation and relapse of purpura.Therefore,at the beginning of the disease,the focus of the treatment should be eliminating the pathogenic factors.If the disease lasts for a long time,it should be treated with other methods according to different syndrome,such as benefiting qi and strengthening spleen,harmonizing the nutrient and the defence,tonifying kidney and securing essence,removing blood stasis and generating new blood.To strengthen the spleen,Professor LEI uses modified Shuyu Pill(薯蓣丸).To harmonize the nutrient and the defence,he chooses Wushe Rongpi Decoction(乌蛇荣皮汤).To nourish yin and tonify kidney,he often uses modified Qidi Gushen Formula(芪地固肾方).Medicines like Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)and Bais-hao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)can remove blood stasis and generate new blood.Three proved cases are cited to illustrate the efficacy.
