中药治疗糖尿病肾病研究进展

摘　　要：从经方、自拟方、中成药、单味中药及其有效成分四个方面总结近年来中药治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展。发现中药治疗糖尿病肾病的作用机制包括改善血流动力学、胰岛素抵抗和糖脂代谢,减弱氧化应激反应,抑制蛋白激酶C激活,减少炎症渗出,中药在改善糖尿病肾病患者生化指标、延缓糖尿病肾病进展方面具有一定优势。但当前研究多因样本量不足或研究方案受限而未能明确中药干预早期糖尿病肾病的有效活性成分和具体作用机制。参考文献34篇。The study progress of Chinese materia medica in treatment of diabetic kidney disease(DKD)in recent years was summarized from four aspects:classical prescription,self-made prescription,Chinese patent medicine,single Chinese materia medica and its effective ingredients.It was found that the mechanism of Chinese materia medica in treatment of DKD included improving hemodynamics,insulin resistance and glycolipid metabolism,weakening oxidative stress reaction,inhibiting the activation of protein kinase C,reducing inflammatory exudation.Chinese materia medica has some advantages in improving biochemical indicators of DKD patients and delaying the progress of DKD.However,due to the small sample size and the limitation of the experimental scheme,the active ingredients and mechanism of Chinese materia medica in treatment of early DKD is still not very clear.There are 33 references.
