摘　　要：学校特色发展是促进学生个性发展、促进教育质量提升和教育均衡的重要举措,国家明确强调要促进学校多样化、特色化发展。对学校特色发展目标的研究、问题的研究以及学校特色发展路径的研究等进行梳理分析,发现学校特色发展理论研究有待加强,学校特色发展研究缺乏创新,研究方法单一,科学性不足。今后应基于学校特色发展的实践研究,深化其理论研究;采用多种研究方法,增强研究的科学性。The development of school characteristics is an important measure to promote the development of students’ personality,the improvement of education quality and the balance of education.The State clearly emphasized to promote the development of school diversification and specialization.This paper analyzes the target of school characteristic development,the existing problems of school characteristic development,and the path of school characteristic development,and points out that the practical research on school characteristic development lags behind the theoretical research,the research on school characteristic development lacks innovation,and the research method is single and lacking of scientificity.In the future,we should base on the practical research of school characteristic development,especially the realistic path research of school characteristic development and a variety of research methods are adopted to enhance the scientificity of the research.
