摘　　要：目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-2019)疫情期间湖北部分疫区被隔离人员的心理健康状况。方法采用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)对湖北荆州市疫区127名被隔离居民进行网络问卷调查,调查内容包括被隔离人基本信息、被隔离时间及SCL-90评分,统计分析SCL-90总分及各因子评分,并分析可能影响被隔离者心理健康的因素,如性别、年龄、地区及隔离时间等。结果 SCL-90总分及各因子评分显示,湖北荆州部分疫区被隔离人员存在一定的心理健康问题,主要表现为躯体化、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖等,主要影响因素为年龄和隔离时间。结论通过分析被隔离人员可能存在的心理健康问题,可针对疫情状态提出具体干预措施,并为其他同类人员的心理健康问题干预提供参考。Objective To investigate the mental health status of quarantined persons in some epidemic areas in Hubei during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019( COVID-19). Methods Through the symptom checklist( SCL-90) used to reflect mental health status,127 quarantined persons in the epidemic areas of Jingzhou City,Hubei were surveyed online,including basic information,quarantined time and SCL-90 scores. The total score and each factor score of the SCL-90 were analyzed,and the factors such as gender,age,region and quarantined time that may affect the mental health of the quarantined persons were analyzed. Results The total score and each factor score of of the SCL-90 showed that the quarantined persons in some epidemic areas of Jingzhou City,Hubei had certain mental health problems,mainly manifested as somatization,depression,anxiety and horror. Age and quarantined time affected them greatly. Conclusion Based on the analysis of the existing mental health problems,this paper puts forward solutions in view of the current epidemic situation and provides references for the intervention of mental health problems of other similar personnel.
