摘　　要：目的分析《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》中推荐的中药注射剂,促进临床合理用药。方法整理治疗重型及危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)的中药注射剂品种,按功效分为清热类和固脱类两大类,查阅相关文献,结合药品说明书,分析各中药注射剂中的中药材主要成分、临床适应证等。结果共筛选出8种中药注射剂,其中清热类5种、固脱类3种;清热类主要有抑制病毒、抗感染、影响细胞因子等功效,固脱类以增强机体免疫力等功效为主。结论结合《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》所推荐中药注射剂的临床应用基本特点,可筛选出适用于临床治疗新冠肺炎的单一或组合药物,为开发用于新冠肺炎的中药制剂提供参考。Objective To analyze the Chinese patent medicines and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injections recommended in the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for the Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19),so as to promote the clinical rational use of drugs.Methods By sorting out the kinds of TCM injections for the treatment of severe and critically ill patients with COVID-19,two categories were divided according to their efficacy:heat-clearing injections and solid-off injections.The main components and clinical indications of TCM injections were analyzed by consulting relevant literature and combining with drug instructions.Results A total of 8 kinds of TCM injections were screened out,of which 5 kinds were heat-clearing injections and 3 kinds were solid-off injections.Heat-clearing injections mainly had the functions of inhibiting virus,anti-inflammatory and influencing cytokines,while solid-off injections mainly had the function of enhancing immunity.Conclusion Based on the basic characteristics of clinical application of TCM injections recommended in the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for the COVID-19,the single or combination drugs suitable for the clinical treatment of COVID-19 can be screened out,which can provide references for the development of TCM preparations for the treatment of COVID-19.
