摘　　要：目的分析《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》中治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的中药注射剂的溶剂选用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法以溶剂为切入点,以药品说明书及《中药注射剂临床使用基本原则》《中成药临床指导原则》《中药注射剂处方点评指南》为依据,探讨诊疗方案中COVID-19治疗用中药注射剂的溶剂选择合理性。结果 COVID-19治疗用中药注射剂中,建议选用5%葡萄糖注射液作溶剂的有生脉注射液、参附注射液和参麦注射液,选用0. 9%氯化钠注射液作溶剂的有痰热清注射液、血必净注射液、喜炎平注射液、醒脑静注射液;热毒宁注射液溶剂可选用0. 9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液。结论诊疗方案中COVID-19治疗用中药注射剂的溶剂选择值得商榷,有必要进行全面合理的溶剂配伍研究,明确其注意事项,确保中药注射剂的使用安全。Objective To analyze the solvent selection of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) injections recommended in the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for the Coronavirus Disease 2019( COVID-19),and to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods With solvent as the starting point,the rationality of solvent selection of TCM injections for the treatment of COVID-19 in the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan was discussed on the basis of drug specification,The Basic Principles of Clinical Use of TCM Injection,The Clinical Guiding Principles of Chinese Patent Medicine and The Prescription Review Guide of TCM Injection. Results For TCM Injections for the treatment of COVID-19,5% Glucose Injection was recommended as the solvent of Shenmai Injection,Shenfu Injection and Shenmai Injection,0. 9% Sodium Chloride Injection was chosen as the solvent of Tanreqing Injection,Xuebijing Injection,Xiyanping Injection and Xingnaojing Injection,0. 9% Sodium Chloride Injection or 5% Glucose Injection were chosen as the solvent of Reduning Injection. Conclusion The solvent selection of TCM injections for the treatment of COVID-19 is worth discussing. It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and reasonable study on the compatibility of solvents,clarify the matters needing attention of solvents,and ensure the safe use of TCM injections.
