摘 要:目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间医院门急诊及住院患者的中药代煎质量管理。方法通过成立新冠肺炎中药专项质量控制管理小组,严格执行各环节标准操作规程,优化中药代煎流程,加强人员管理,重视员工培训管理,强化清洁消毒管理等措施,全面控制中药代煎质量。结果通过加强中药饮片入库验收、贮存、审方、调剂、代煎、标签、运送管理、病房管理等14个环节23项指标的检查考核,以及包括人员、设备、场所等的全流程管理,提升了中药代煎的质量,提高了患者的服务满意度。结论新冠肺炎疫情期间,通过实施中药代煎全流程管理模式,可提高中药代煎质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the quality management of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decoction for patients in outpatient,emergency and inpatient departments of our hospital during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.Methods Take full control and management of the quality of TCM decoction by organizing a special team to control and manage the quality of TCM for COVID-19,strictly implementing the standard operating procedures of each link,optimizing the process for TCM decoction,strengthening personnel management,attaching great importance to personnel training management,reinforcing the management of the cleaning and disinfection.Results Through strengthening the examination and check of 14 links and 23 norms including checking,accepting,storing and conserving TCM,checking prescriptions,dispensing TCM,decocting TCM,affixing labels,the management of conveying TCM and the management of TCM in wards,and the whole process management including personnel,equipments and place,the quality of TCM decoction and the satisfaction of patients were improved.Conclusion The whole process management mode of TCM decoction during the COVID-19 epidemic can improue the quality of TCM decoction,which is worthy of promotion.
