摘　　要：目的探讨可利霉素治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)重型患者的疗效。方法通过分析医院2例治愈出院新冠肺炎重型患者的药物方案,评价可利霉素治疗新冠肺炎的疗效。结果可利霉素单用或联合抗病毒药物治疗的2例新冠肺炎患者的发热、咳嗽、乏力等临床不适症状明显缓解,肺部CT示感染较前明显改善,2次新型冠状病毒RNA检测转阴,临床治愈并顺利出院。结论可利霉素对此2例新冠肺炎重型患者疾病的诊治及病情转归具有一定积极作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of carrimycin in the treatment of patients with severe coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods Based on the analysis of the drug regimen of two patients with severe COVID-19 cured and discharged from our hospital,the efficacy of carrimycin in the treatment of COVID-19 was evaluated.Results The symptoms of fever,cough,fatigue and other clinical discomfort were relieved in two patients with severe COVID-19 treated with carrimycin alone or combined with antiviral drugs.CT showed that the pulmonary infection of the patients was significantly improved than before.Twice of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)RNA tests turned negative,and the two patients were cured and discharged successfully.Conclusion Carrimycin has a positive effect on the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the two patients with COVID-19.
