摘  要:塑料成型机(简称注塑机),是集机、电、液于一体的典型系统,因具有能一次成型复杂制品、后加工量少、加工的塑料种类多等优点,目前已成为塑料成型加工的主要设备。传统中小型注塑机电气部分大多采用继电器控制,随着电子技术的不断进步与发展,其缺点越来越显著的表现出来,其主要表现为线路复杂,继电器动作慢、寿命短,系统控制精度差,故障率高,维修难度大等。针对上述问题,采用PLC控制系统对注塑机控制系统进行控制。通过FXGP-WIN-E编程以各种电气保护和传感信号作为输入,各动作工序作为输出。提高了系统的控制精度,可靠性好,且易于检修。本文介绍了注塑机的机件结构和控制要求,其次分析了注塑机的工作原理和工艺流程,最后给出了PLC控制系统的软件设计方法。Plastic molding machine (referred to as injection molding machine),is a collection of mechanical,electrical,hydraulic in one of the typical system,because of the ability to mold complex products at once,the post-processing volume is small,processing a large variety of plastic and other advantages,it has become the main equipment for plastic molding processing.The electrical part of the traditional small and medium-sized injection molding machine mostly uses relay control,with the continuous progress and development of electronic technology,its shortcomings are more and more obvious manifestation.Its main manifestation is the complex lines,slow relay action,short life,poor system control accuracy,high failure rate,difficult maintenance,etc.To address these issues,a PLC control system is used to control the injection molding machine control system.The FXGP-WIN-E is programmed to use various electrical protection and sensing signals as input and each action process as output.This improves the system’s control accuracy,reliability,and ease of access.This paper introduces the structure and control requirements of the injection molding machine,followed by an analysis of the working principle and process flow of the injection molding machine,and finally gives software design methods of the PLC control system.
