摘　　要：本文介绍了三辊内衬生产线中PROFINET网络的故障诊断功能,利用西门子提供的FB126为核心的诊断软件包PNIODiag,简化与S7-SIMATIC相连的分布式I/O的诊断评估过程,并在WINCC人机界面上显示故障状态,供调试人员、维护人员及操作人员方便问题的查找,并为后期的预防性维护奠定基础。This article introduces the fault diagnosis function of the PROFINET network in the three-roller liner production line.It utilizes the diagnostic software package PNIODiag provided by Siemens with FB126 as the core to simplify the diagnostic evaluation process of the distributed I/O connected to S7-SIMATIC,and displays the fault status on the WINCC man-machine interface.It is convenient for debugging personnel,maintenance personnel and operators to find problems and lay the foundation for later preventive maintenance.
