摘　　要：系统的论述了安装在轮胎定型硫化机上的胶囊,在使用时可能出现的胶囊炸裂的几种主要原因,以及针对这些主要原因对应采取的安全防护措施;电气控制原理和电气控制如何实现这些安全防护措施;以及出现超出安全标准时,报警灯报警,界面窗口弹出报警内容,提示维修人员维护等应对措施。This article systematically introduces the main reasons for the capsule bursting when it was installed on the tire shaping and curing press.It discusses how to take corresponding safety protection measures and how to realize these safety protection measures by electrical control in view of these main reasons.When the safety standard is exceeded,the alarm light will alarm and the alarm content will pop up in the interface window to prompt maintenance personnel to maintain.
