摘　　要：助剂改性作为聚丙烯树脂改性的一种方式,灵活性好、简单易操作,是目前最活跃、最有效的改性方法之一,而快速注塑薄壁制品聚丙烯专用料作为其中的一类助剂改性材料,力学、光学以及物理性能优异,近年来备受欢迎。介绍了专用料的氧化机理以及抗氧化机理;同时详细介绍了专用料开发中必不可少的几类助剂的发展历程、分类以及对聚合物各项性能的影响,本文将为今后快速注塑薄壁制品聚丙烯专用料的开发中关于助剂的优选提供一定的工业参考价值。Because of good flexibility,simple and easy operation,modification technology of additives is one of the most active and effective modification methods in molding polypropylene resins.As one of the modified materials,rapid injection thin-walled polypropylene has become very popular in recent years with excellent mechanical,optical and physical properties.The oxidation mechanism and anti-oxidation mechanism of special polypropylene material were introduced.At the same time,the development process,classification and effects of polymer properties of several additives were mainly introduced,providing some industrial references for the optimization of additives in the development of rapid injection thin-walled polypropylene in the future.
