摘  要:以二苯硫醚和二氯乙烷为原料,然后逐一加入三苯基膦和甲苯,在重结晶后的产物中加入适量的甲基丙烯酰氯,最终制备出目标产物4,4-二巯基二苯硫醚双甲基丙烯酸酯。并且使用红外光谱、XRD图表征其结构。最后用阿贝折射仪测定了中间体的折光率和阿贝数,表明了硫原子基团不仅可以提高树脂单体的摩尔折射率,并且可以降低光学树脂的色散性。Diphenyl sulfide and dichloroethane were used as experimental raw materials,and then triphenylphosphine and toluene were added one by one.An appropriate amount of methacryloyl chloride was added to the recrystallized product,and the target product 4,4-dimercaptodibenzene was finally prepared.Its structure was characterized by infrared spectrum and XRD pattern.Finally,the refractive index and Abbe number of the intermediate were measured with an Abbe refractometer,which showed that the sulfur atom group can not only increase the molar refractive index of the resin monomer,but also reduce the dispersion of the optical resin.
