GC/MS测定不同采收季节山苍子油的化学成分

摘　　要：对四个不同时间段采集的黔产山苍子,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取山苍子挥发油,并用气相色谱一质谱联用法对其化学成分进行定性定量分析,并比较其异同。研究结果发现不同季节采收的山苍子挥发油主要成分为柠檬醛(又称橙花醛和香叶醛)、柠檬烯等,但不同采收季节的山苍子油各组分的含量有所不同,成分也有一定差异,其中1月份采收的样品中柠檬醛的含量最高,达到35.14%。Litsea cubeba were collected at four different seasons,the volatile oil of Litsea cubeba were extracted by steam distillation.The chemical components of essential oil were identified by GC-MS and qualitative analysis was made.The similarities and differences of the volatile oil of Litsea cubeba were studied.The main components of Litsea cubeba oil were citral(neral and geraniol aldehyde),limonene and so on.The samples harvested in January had the highest content of citral(35.14%),and significant differences existed between different seasons.
