摘  要:基础化学实验引起的环境污染问题日益受到人们的关注,在绿色化学的指导下,将基础化学实验中电化学实验进行改革。课程中用线性扫描伏安法测定铜离子实验代替传统的极谱法测定镉离子含量实验,采用了更先进环保的线性扫描伏安法代替使用大量汞的极谱法,从源头上不再使用汞电极,测定物质由铜代替高毒性镉,降低了污染,更符合绿色化学实验的要求,同时弥补了其他实验中没有用到的标准加入法和小型仪器设备,使教学内容更完善。The environmental pollution caused by the basic chemistry experiment has attracted more and more attention.Under the guidance of green chemistry,the electrochemical experiment in Basic Chemical Experiment was reformed.In the course,the experiment of measuring copper ion by linear sweep voltammetry was used instead of the traditional experiment of measuring cadmium ion by polarography.The more advanced environmental linear sweep voltammetry was used instead of the polarography which used a large amount of mercury.From the source,the mercury electrode was no longer used.The copper was used instead of the highly toxic cadmium in the determination of substances,which can reduce the pollution and meet the requirements of green chemistry experiment.At the same time,it made up for the standard addition method and small instruments and equipment which were not used in other experiments,so that the teaching content was more perfect.
