摘　　要：糖尿病足溃疡是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一,可能引起严重的感染、坏疽,甚至死亡,及时治疗对于患者预后非常重要。在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下,如何在做好医护人员防护的前提下,让患者得到及时的救治,是一个急需面临的全新挑战。本文从新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控角度出发,结合国内外糖尿病足溃疡诊疗的最新文献,对糖尿病足溃疡的诊疗策略提出了个性化的治疗方案,希望对临床医师有所帮助。Diabetic foot ulcer is one of the most serious complications of diabetes, which may cause severe infection,gangrene and even death. Timely treatment is very important for the prognosis of patients. Under the premise of COVID-19, how to allow patients to receive timely treatment under the premise of protecting medical personnel is a new challenge that needs to be faced with urgently. From the perspective of prevention and control of SARS-CoV-2, combined with the latest literature on diabetic foot ulcer diagnosis and treatment at home and abroad, this article proposes a personalized treatment plan for diabetic foot ulcer diagnosis and treatment strategy, hoping to help clinicians.
