摘 要:目的观察微创接骨板固定技术(MIPO)治疗掌侧Barton骨折的近期临床疗效。方法对2016年1月至2018年8月收治的22例掌侧Barton骨折患者,男9例,女13例,年龄30~68岁,平均56岁,术前掌倾角13.6°±4.1°,尺偏角15.7°±2.8°,均采用桡骨远端掌侧纵行小切口闭合复位微创接骨板固定技术置入锁定钢板手术治疗。结果随访6~18个月(平均12个月),骨折均愈合,术后1个月复查X线片掌倾角10.3°±3.2°,尺偏角20.5°±4.6°,与术前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。腕关节功能按照Gartland-Werley功能评估标准:优16例,良4例,可2例,优良率90.9%。结论采用MIPO治疗掌侧Barton骨折,复位固定牢靠,能早期功能锻炼,创伤小,临床效果良好。Objective To observe the recent clinical effect of MIPO in the treatment of palmar Barton fracture. Methods From January 2016 to August 2018, 22 patients with palmar Barton fracture were treated by using MIPO technology through short palmar incision with locking plate. There were 9 males and 13 females, aged from 30 to 68 years, with an average age of 56 years, the volar tilting angle was 13.6°±4.1°, and the ulnar inclining angle was 15.7°±2.8°. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months(average 12 months), bone union were seen in all cases. One month after the surgery, the volar tilting angle was 10.3°±3.2°, and the ulnar inclining angle was 20.5°±4.6°, there was a significant difference between the preoperative and the postoperative(P<0.01). According to Gartland-Werley functional evaluation criteria, wrist joint function was excellent in 16 cases, good in 4 cases, fair in 2 cases, the excellent and good rare was 90.9%. Conclusion Using MIPO in the treatment of palmar Barton fracture is beneficial for earlier functional recovery of the wrist.
