摘　　要：手术在外科治疗中是一种主要的治疗方式,但是其充满了风险性,尤其神经外科及脊柱脊髓手术,因为手术引起的有些结构组织损伤可能无法被手术者在术野中观察到,在不知不觉中产生永久性的神经功能缺损。术中神经电生理监测是通过神经电生理技术对手术可能损伤到的神经结构进行监测,达到避免或减小神经损伤的新技术,对指导疾病手术治疗提供了新方法。The surgery is a main way in the treatment of surgical diseases,but it is full of risks,especially neurosurgery and thoracolumbar spinal surgery.Some tissue damage caused by operation may not be observed by operator,then the permanent neurologic impairment is unconsciously produced.Intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring is a new technology to monitor the nerve structure that may be damaged by surgery,so as to avoid or reduce the nerve damage.It provides a new method for guiding the surgical treatment of diseases.
