摘　　要：近期,美国联邦通信委员会(FCC)发布了3.7–4.2 GHz频段频率重耕有关法规,计划将其中的部分频率用于5G。结合相关背景,对该频段重耕的历程、内容进行梳理、介绍与分析,对FCC决策前内部存在的分歧进行了阐述,为相关工作提供参考。Recently,the Federal Communications Commission(FCC)of the U.S.issued regulations on frequency re-farming in the 3.7-4.2 GHz band,and plans to use part of these frequencies for 5G.Based on the relevant background,this paper combs,introduces and analyzes the course and content of the related regulations,and expounds the internal differences in FCC before,so as to provide reference for the relevant work.
