摘　　要：近期,美国联邦通信委员会(FCC)发布了在2.5 GHz(2496-2690 MHz)频段开放农村部落地区优先申请窗口的通知,使得美国边远农村部落地区可以在不影响现有业务基础上申请移动和宽带应用。介绍了美国2.5 GHz频段频谱使用现状、频谱规划进展,以及执照要求和农村部落窗口申请方法。Recently,Federal Communications Commission(FCC)of the United States issued a notice to open the priority application window for rural tribal areas in the 2.5 GHz(2496-2690 MHz)frequency band,enabling remote rural tribal areas in USA to apply for mobile and broadband applications without affecting the existing services.This article introduces the current status of spectrum usage in 2.5 GHz band,the progress of spectrum planning,as well as license requirements and application methods for rural tribal window in USA for your reference.
